Information we collect

We collect consultation details, account and organization details, client business content, project files, support messages, website form or booking data where included in scope, and billing identifiers supplied by Stripe.

Purpose and providers

We use this information to qualify work, build and operate managed websites, provide support, secure the service, communicate material changes, and maintain billing records. Necessary providers may include hosting, storage, monitoring, email, security, and payment services.

Data limits

Do not submit medical, financial, legal, or other highly sensitive regulated data. The managed service is designed for ordinary business, contact, and booking information.

Ownership and access

Clients retain ownership of their business content, submitted data, operational business data, and domain. Access is limited by organization membership and project permissions.

Retention and closure

During an accepted closure, project data remains available through a 30-day recovery period while export, domain, and billing steps are completed. Operational data may then be removed under the project-specific closure process. Required billing, security, and audit records may be retained for legal and operational purposes.
